In guardianship mediation, parties meet together with a mediator to resolve disputes about care, custody and protection of minors or other legally vulnerable individuals. Our attorney-mediators have specialized training and experience in all areas of guardianship law and family dynamics.

Guardian ad Litem Appointments

The Court appoints attorneys with specialized training to act as Guardians ad Litem and represent the best interests of children or at-risk adults in court proceedings. Our attorneys regularly meet continuing education requirements to enable us to accept GAL appointments in guardianship matters.
